Following a free rental appraisal and extensive marketing, Letmove.com will find a quality tenant through a strict profiling, credit checking and referencing process and continue to handle all aspects relating to your property including the provision of an in-depth tenancy agreement, co-ordinating repairs, inventories, inspections and rent collection.
A rent guarantee insurance policy can be included - just £65 for the first six months.

Letmove.com will provide a free rental appraisal, pro-active marketing, profiling, credit checking and referencing of tenant(s), provide an in depth tenancy agreement and arrange any associated legal landlord obligation requirements.

FIND A TENANT SERVICE
A cost effective solution for experienced landlords - Letmove.com will find a quality tenant for your property and you undertake the viewings. We will also provide you with a blank tenancy agreement (if required) .
